Pastor Kenneth R. Tolbert is a current native of Dallas, TX. He was ordained in September 1999 under the leadership of Bishop Cardell D. Booker, Sr. In May of 2013, along with his wife Lady Tolbert started a bible study in their home. In March of 2015, Pastor Tolbert answered the call to plant and Pastor Restored IV Purpose Ministries. Pastor Tolbert is a motivator who loves to serve the people of God and has a desire to see all healed, whole and complete.

Pastor Crystal N. Tolbert was born in Turnersville, NJ and grew up in Lufkin, TX. As a child she always had a passion and a desire to help others. Pastor Tolbert was baptized at the tender age of 7 and accepted her call to preach at 18.Throughout the years, she has held numerous roles in ministry. PastorTolbert’s mission and responsibility is to create a platform to help change the mindset, impact, lead, & prepare others for their own Legacy, so they can walk in Greatness in the Kingdom.

Restore IV Purpose was founded on the belief that God is the one and only true God. We are a Family of Believers who firmly believes in God's word. We believe God has given us leaders to guide us on this Christian journey. We believe in our leaders!! We believe that Restored IV Purpose Ministries (RFP), exists to glorify God as a community being transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. We also feel that to be able to remain effective we must maintain a balance in all areas: worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and outreach. Maintaining this balance will help our ministry reach new and different members as well as care for existing members.

Our Core Beliefs

We believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

We believe Jesus died on the cross, to save us from our sins.

We believe Salvation is God’s free gift to us, but we must accept it.

We believe in baptism, it is the declaration of one's faith.

We believe in divine healing as well as prayer to heal the sick.

We believe Jesus Christ will return, the dead will be raised again & the final judgment will take place.
